We are seeking a proficient Business Development Executive to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, acting as the front line of our company. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting—finding potential clients, engaging them in initial conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for our Business consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to build a foundation in sales and make a significant impact on our company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets for our custom software solutions.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads and qualify potential clients.
  • Initial Engagement: Be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points to determine if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Successfully schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and discovery calls between qualified leads and our Business consulting team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead information in CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business team to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target customer profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔︎ Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role, preferably within the IT services or B2B SaaS industry.
✔︎ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to write compelling emails and have professional, engaging conversations is essential.
✔︎ Resilience: A “hunter” mentality with a high level of resilience and a positive attitude. You must be comfortable with rejection and persistent in your efforts.
✔︎ Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
✔︎ Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and prospecting tools.
✔︎ Curiosity & Learning Mindset: A genuine curiosity about technology and a desire to understand client business needs. You should be a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
✔︎ Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
